RE: Rule of Common Sense
I was reading the book "Rule of Wealth" and there was a rule there -Rule 71 mentioned that "What is in for them" meaning what do they (the people or the so called guru) have to gain from you or from recruiting you etc. Even MLM is consider such if they violated the basic principle.....nothing is free and nothing come without a price. In MLM even though it is a legitimate business model and business opp. and has indeed being this decade best innovative franchise or self enterprising business....however it has it dark side and also it down side -one of them being downline or recruiting and there are many would disagree with me in this and esp from someone who did not progress further than an agency manager in the hierarchy chain. But the simple fact is MLM is about producing more manpower or so called downline and with each downline -the revenue and the income come in.....simple fact and there is no debate on this -it is a money making model - each downline maintain a number of required personnel and each presonnel in turn recruit the same required number and each number buy the same number of required PV each month.....if they do not have downline they do not have benefit. Simple math and simple revenue calculation -so basically u need bottom line .............same in any business -you need customers to buy your products to increase your business and your business output....
Which bring me to the rule mentioned as above -what it is in for them -well they are helping you to achieve your dream - financial freedom (yes) at the same time their own.....so they win and you win ....so what is the harm - well some might say none some might differ -both side of the coins has both pro and con....but the basic rule is - before you decide this is too good to be true alway use the above rule as indicator -is this what you want?
End of Part 1...... Goal to Financial riches on this same rules...

Brain Drain Issue
Can Malaysian achieve 2020 and as a high income nation by then with the current Brain Drain and even their very own are also moving overseas for better job and better life not only effect Chinese or others.......sad though eventually the Malaysia will be less competitive as other Asian neighbor began to overrun Malaysia.....it is just remind me of working in a company –if u are good u will be head hunted and move on with better pay and those who remain are either comfortable (retired) or they waiting for a opp to fill the void or move up the ladder –corporate rat race -it is the same as Brain Drain issue out there –if u are a PhD in Science – why u would want to stay here? unless u have no choice or that u are bound by contract or some other reason - do u think u will stay and make a change ...........esp if u are not listed as a priority placement of .... And be marginalizes and not get promoted because you are a non-bumi as mentioned in the article –migration is common nowadays not because of unpatriotic but because of the issue of being second class – some would be rather be second in a white man country then where they are currently...........it is a sad read ....i feel for these people.....some of those ppl whose grandparent fought for the independence of this country and to be treated like that sad. - look at the current state of being esp those hero of past sport etc what are doing now ..............loyalty in company or country doesn’t guarantee you a place in society unless you are in the political elite. Look at those in the past cabinet -where are they now -enjoying the fruit of being the elite.....it is not what u know or what u do but which party u serve and what position etc... Even some Bumi are calling for abolishment such criteria......life of riches is indeed for those few not because of the philosophy of robert kiyosaki -rich dad but it is taking money from the poor to make one life richer..............everyone want to have that lifestyle so what is resulted in the current situation of having 30% quota for this and that and to do business you need to pay this and that ..........so with all these -if you are graduate with a moral understanding coming back into this society esp after studying in Western educated University -the cultural shock is indeed a shocker.........after reading the article -no doubt the present government is doing a lot to ease and hear the grass root but those who has gone and those event in the past has being done cannot be undone like time cannot be change -what they need to do is not to repeat the same mistake -what do u think? Election ploy? Short term gain? Although I am no expert and has no right to speak on this matter - it is just sad to see this is happening -if I was in the same situation with all the money and good job offer - I would also consider the move to a foreign country and a renounce my brith country - everything I do esp climbing for the highest mountain are done out of my own sweat and my own pocket where as others are paid fully out of money from other sources and esp from our taxes! How many Chinese gets to go up to Mt.Everest or get a Datuk? or how many Chinese are ambassador to our country? Less and less Chinese are serving in the force nowadays and even so in civil servant job -why? -no one has a solution -even if there is -would they want to implement - no -no benefit to the majority.....right anyway human capital is going to be problem ....at the moment it is walking on thin tread at the moment and give it another decade .....look at the jobs situation -no one want to work and everyone want HIGH INCOME -so how? more foreign worker and eventually they also do not want to come as their own currency will be higher than our ringgit in the next decade! So with a population of 30 millions in another 10 years - do u think it will matter? Look at the future .......we had 50 years and we are still behind -look at sarawak - it has the biggest resource and has many natural resource of timber or oil or mineral and yet it is not the riches -where is all the money goes - someone who think greed is better than having a richer state...no benefit to him if the state does well - why not profit from it then I get to enjoy the riches i can milk from the land! While the rape of the rain-forest is going on -the rest with power just look the other way..because they want those taxes for the highway etc ......give and take......how to lure back and how to retain those who want to leave - it is like in a company -it is whether the management want to put an effort to retain your services and also recognize your effort....everyone has a role to play and when they are made to be part of that family- people will be happy and happy to stay and work for the company even if the pay is slightly lower than the nearest country......people need to be feel welcome and be at home -that is the important aspect........

Economy Down and Depression Upon us!
I guess life is life and still believe to this day - God is the most powerful being and it is more than man itself!
It is a a depression for our own suffering and it is also a time to take a reflection on what we did and what we didn't do. In time of bad karma - we need to take a breezer and look at what we need to do to make our life more meaningful etc.

How long can we human define the rule of Law and to be reminded that we Human are bound by this before we let loose! That is what happening if there is a riot or disaster like a major flood or fire then people loot! This is the ugly side of human! Would we all become this or we wasted 50 years of hardwork to be gone in a day? Take the point of Yugo now it Serbia or Croatia.....
that is my thought for today....
